Misleading info/ money gra

I signed up for a six month subscription of Nascar's Trackpass-Raceview online service. After signing up I realize that it isonly for virtual tv not broadcast tv. there is no specific wording that you can only see the virtual broadcast or radio in replay. After I called the customer service dept. the lady said I just need to click on replay which I did but again only provides virtual tv not the actual broadcast. I cancelled after 3 three weeks and asked for a refund for the remaining 5 months. They told me no because in the terms and conditions it says I can cancel at any time but no refund. I exchanged several emails explaining that their web site had misled me and they kept replying no.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to get them to refund what I am not using?
