False advertisement

The 1 hour is not a guarantee. I made 3 trips to the opticians, and lugged my 3 small children with me, not to mention I am also 5 months pregnant. I gave them a whole day to have my daughter's glasses prepared and ready. When 5:00p came, I arrived to the store and there was a mistake on one of the lenses, and the representative told me to come back in 1 hour. I returned back at 6:00p, they were still not ready and representative told that I was suppose return at 6:25p, not 6:00p. I did not want to keep coming back, so I said that I would wait.

I sat and waited till 6:50p and the glasses were still not ready. There was no excuse for the glasses not to be ready on time. Where is the 1 hour guarantee? I am so frustrated and angry, that I didn't know where else to report this company.
