Poor Customer Service

If you don't have any problem with the glasses that they make for you, then the price is right and you will probably be pleased. However, if you have a problem with the glasses you will not be treated very well by the short older man who works there. After 1 change to the first pair of lenses, it was clear, after a lecture, that it was me not the glasses. I went back to my optometrist who confirmed that the prescription was correct. Wizard redid the glasses again and I finally got a pair of glasses I could see with. The whole experience was quite painful.

I found this man to be arrogant, condescending and rude. When things go wrong it is somebody else' fault. At one point during the last and final visit (thank God! I would not have been able to go back) he challenged me to tell him what he said that was rude, etc. You would never win a argument with this man and after dealing with him I felt "small", intimidated and quite powerless. The man is a BULLY!!!

There are a lot more details but to make a long story short I would NEVER go there again.
