Frigidaire Dryer
Very poor customer service

We bought new washer and dryer with the brick! When we pick-up and installed it it was loud and noisy so we called the brick and they sent a tech to look! The tech pummeled the side of the dryer and the loud noise was gone but the very new dryer was dented! We complained and they offered us $75 credit! we don't want the credit we want the new dryer because its just fair to get what we paid for! They said that is all they can do! I emailed the head office but they have no reaction! I will never buy a single thing from the Brick again! Before you buy from them think 100x because there are better options and better quality and service with other leading stores! We regret even considering purchasing from the lousy the Brick!
