FRAUD - SCAM - STAY AWAY!!!

J&SN appliances - 647 893 1364 - posted an ad on Kijiji and other ad sites, offering free installation on appliances. I got a diswasher and an over the range microwave to be installed. I got this guy named Sam (may not even be his real name) that came over, he told me that the first piece was free and the other piece was going to be $30.00. sounds good??? it took him over 2 hours to install the microwave and the diswasher, he had old tools, he had to borrow some of my tools. The microwave was hanging by two screws on an angle and the diswasher was leaking. This guy told me that the leaking will stop in a few minutes as it took time to settle??? He now gives me a bill for $639.23??? I only approved $30.00, he told me that the rest was for repairing the valve under my sink (MY HOUSE IS NEW IN A NEW SUB DIVISION) and parts for hanging the microwave and the diswasher. I refused to pay him, then he cut my water line saying if he does not get paid he will not turn on the water!!! I kicked him out of my house. it cost me big time to repair the damage. THIS IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD - IS MY OWN STUPID FAULT TO FALL FOR THIS STUFF - WHEN IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - IS NOT!!! SAY AWAY - SAM OR WHO EVER YOU ARE I WILL GET EVEN!!!
