We bought the Kitchenaid 'Architect series' of appliances just a couple years ago: new refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. We spent a small fortune on these appliances - stainless steel, they look nice. UNFORTUNATELY, the satisfaction stops there. They have been nothing but trouble and have cost me a king's ransom to maintain. We are on a first name basis with the Kitchenaid repair man. The dishwasher breaks down constantly - same with the refigerator. The burners on the range often won't turn on and the oven is fickle as well... just waiting for parts to start falling off the microwave.

I regret the mega-bucks that I spent on this garbage. If anyone is considering buying Kitchenaid, save yourself the money, time, and frustration and DON'T BUY KITCHENAID!!!
