Lousy customer service

Electronics and household app.

Our LG fridge stopped working so we contacted a few local appliance repair places and decided due to the cost structure that LG offered for repairs and the fact that many of our local places would not fix LGs, we would use LG technicians to repair the fridge. Our original call went in Feb. 14th, the technician came Feb. 16th, and determined it was the compressor. He needed a second technician to assist with the repair so said he would get back to us. He called on the 15th to say they would come Monday Feb. 21 to fix the fridge. We are now 8 days without refridgeration. On the 21, he called to say there was no part so they had to reschedule for the next day. The next day... no call, no show... still no fridge. I called the customer service line, waited on hold for awhile, then was told we were scheduled in for Friday the 25th. I expressed my anger, requested to speak to the supervisor... who told me that nothing could be done. My 2 technicians that were required were busy on other jobs and we would have to wait. their slogan of we are constantly trying to make your life good (LG) is apparently only aimed at their employees... not their customers. NEVER BUY LG AGAIN.
