This guy who goes buy the name of Toby came to my house and sold me this ROGERS phone for 240.00$ that was three months old.

Esthetically the phone was not that great for a three months old phone but he claimed that his "technician" tested it and verified it, that it was only three months old and said it was 100% functional which was ok with me after basic testing.

When came time to do the transaction, i ask for a receipt since im dealing with a company along with the warranty. His response was if ever there was a problem down the line to contact him and gave me his business card saying the warranty was with him, not the manufacturer and then left.

That's when things went downhill from that point with the phone (camera don't work, dont synchronize right, screen goes black while the pad stays lit etc..)

When i call this piece of sh*t that i had problems with the phone, he had confused with Stupid by saying if i download the software to synchronize it, saying the camera on this model are not that great basically BULLSHI*T!!!

Now stuck with the phone with no receipt, my only option is to call ROGERS to see if its still on warranty, contact Customer Protection Centre of Quebec, Phonebusters and of course The consumer complaints

!!! STAY THE F*CK AWAY OF THIS THEIF!!!
