Not refunding for returned product

Made an order on Laptopsforless, because of a problem on their web sight, they double shipped the order. One order was returned with the courier, signed for on it's arrival to Laptopsforless. This has been over two months ago and after several e-mails showing all the details, no one has returned any comunication on a refund requested.
