Non delivery of product

Ordered batteries for my video camera in early December 09 and receiver confirmation of order and paid thru paypal, never received product. called the company and complained and was told that product was backordered, was promised delivery, got a tracking no of package thru canada post but package was never sent and subsequently no tracking available, called company many times and each time was told a different lie. avoid dealing with this company in any way. I am contacting authorities about this company.
