Everytime I email them they respond with:

Hello, I'm very sorry that tracking email has not been sent. Your order is still moving along as per your invoiceand shipping dates have not changed. The problem is that our mail server crashed and wesend out our tracking and order updates from our mailserver. We are now operating on the backup serverwhich is dedicated to emails that are not bulk updatessuch as tracking. they sent me a tracking number for canada post... says info received on 7/17 delivery for 7/24... NOTHING..I called canada post today and they say that they just printed the label online but have not sent out any package for shipment.

STAY AWAY..THEY ARE CROOKS... I CALLED MY CC COMPANY TO START A CHARGEBACK
