ICS fraudulent canadian deceptive ripoff business

I received a phone call in the first part of september from a man claiming to be from canada. he said he was with international credit systems and that i was approved already for 2, 500 credit limit with visa or mastercard my choice. it was all false promises they lied and said that they go through several banks and one is guaranteed to accept. this deceptive company was cruel to take my number to my savings account for electronic transfer which was to happen 10-03-02 in the amount of a one time fee of 259.00.

these dirty sob's even had the nerve to record my statement that they had permission to rob me of my money. which they did not take out until 01-03-03. i threw all my information away because i figured the assholes didn't want to give me a credit card. and i was right this fictitious company didn't want to give me credit they took my money like some punks. i was also told that i would receive my app.by mail for me to sign then after they receive it i could expect my mastercard in about three weeks. somebody needs to stop this rip-off company
