I bought a garage door and asked them, Action door, to come and installed it.

I called them, Action Door, many time before they came and installed the door.

When they finish the job I paid them, Action Door, thinking it was ok. After couple weeks I noticed a problem with the door, so I called them, Action Door. Its been more than 2weeks, I called many time and nothing happen yet. The worst is than every time I called and they said they were going to call back, they never called..I had to call again, again and again. I tried email but no response... what a surprise!!!

Every time I called I felt like if they didn't have time for me.
