Failed to provide service

In the spring, I purchased 2 vouchers for a full lawn maintenance package from AB Garden Works. The company provided the service in the spring. However, despite repeated calls to the company (4 unreturned calls over the last 2 weeks), this landscaping business is not honouring their Dealfind contract. I will also be submitting a written compaint to our local Better Business Bureau. During my fourth voicemail message, I advised the company I expected a return call within 24 hours or I would be registering a complaint. That time has now expired.

Obviously, we have lost faith in this business and we feel that prospective customers should beware.
