Scam. Never delivered the product or returned any voice mails, e-mails, or letters

Ordered a replacement canopy and never received it. Spent countless hours trying to contact the company via e-mail, voice mail, letter and even the BBB can't get through.

Too bad I didn't find out about the complaint a month ago, seems many others have found this outfit to be scammers! Hope they get what's coming to them!
