They want to charge me a 25% re stock fee and ALL shipping for order i cancelled for $728.00.. i got such a run around with them and have no idea what is going on yet

I ordered from this company on 5/24/08 and had to cancel on 5/29/08.. they cancelled my order but i did not receive a refund so i called and spoke to Holly, the same person who cancelled my order, and she told me my order was shipped out!! i was shocked and could not believe it..everyone was so nice, but did nothing so far to help me except give me a run around on who to talk to and what they can do for me, which so far is nothing.. i have to wait for someone to call me back and for what i can see from other peoples complaints, that it does not look so good. they have a huge re-stocking fee they want to charge me 25% and all shipping fees.. i was like you got to be kidding me.. no one ever mentioned that to me there before. there is no way they can charge me this since i cancelled with them and they even admit they cancelled my order. there is something very fishy about this company and is really making me scared.. i will update when i know what is going on. be very careful when ordering here.. make sure you ask about there return policy and about there re stocking fee and shipping fee.. it is crazy what they charge.. its like they make most of there money that way and that sounds like a rip off to me.

i tried to file a complaint here but did not get a confirmation it went thru, so im not sure if my complaint will show up twice... sorry if it does
