ABA Plumbing is company owned by a single man (Mazen Hashem). We called the plumber to fix the plugged toilet. He didn't get the problem fixed and left our place. He charged us extra for the work he didn't do. He simply told us to pour bleach in the toilet and that will solve the problem. That's totally a lie. We called him up after to address the issue but he kept hanging up the phone and swore to us.
I checked with BBB and there were 3 complaints against the company last year. Based on BBB's files, ABA PLumbing and Heating has an unsatisfactory record. Here is more info about the company.
