Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating (1991) Ltd. supplied and installed a hot water tank with a 6 year warranty. Within the 6 year time frame the tank leaked and needed replacing. Hillcrest was not willing to honor there warranty and quoted the customer $1600.00 Taxes for the replacement.
When Hillcrest came to install the new tank they arrived 1.5 hours late and upon completing the job they billed the customer $1904 Taxes for the job.
