I booked air India flight (AI188) for may 9th 2012 for 2:30pm and the haven't informed or email me regarding flight cancellation. i got to know after reaching the airport.how come the air lines is so irresponsible regarding customers inconvenience!! i came to the airport spending $200 and you guys made me fool after reaching there and the customer service says they are irresponsible and they just kept my phone on hold for 15mins without any response.i am so upset for all this from air India as i lost my valuable time and money.i expect to get some refund for all this and i wish to never choose this airlines in my life again.
