Take extra money for ticket

Dear sir/madam,

I was the other passenger of BMI air line on 11/12/09 flight number 932. The flight had delayed and I missed the connected flight in the Heathrow airport from London to Toronto. I decided to buy a new ticket which I bought from Air India. I bought the ticket from the staff at desk in Heathrow airport (the evening shift before 9p.m) the price was 486.70 pounds I was in a bad situation. I had a painful stomack I had to arrive in toronto as soon as possible. So I decided to buy the ticket because I did n't have another choise. The staff issued a print of flight information witout any receipt, and I paid by cash. When I checked -in on 12/12/09 (flight number AI 187 12 DEC time 13:15) I requested the receipt, and I found the real price was 237.70pounds. I woule like to inform the Air India company and I hope they investigate as soon as possible.
