Paid for auto inspection before buying car. Falied to report damage to me

I took a car I was planning on buying to this shop for them to do an independent inspection. They did not tell me that the car had been in an accident even though it's clear as day when looking under the hood.

There is obvious front end damage and the light has been broken then reattached with a metal clip on one side and some epoxy on the other side.

This place either purposely did not tell me about the damage so that I would buy the car, or they did a horrible job inspecting the car. I don't know anything about cars and saw this damage when I was changing my air filter, so I don't see how they could have possibly missed it, especially when I was paying them to inspect the car.

The car was purchased from Chassis Auto Service https://www.chassisauto.aaro.ca/ from a man names M. Nasseem. Both of these shops are in the Streetsville area and possibly working together. I would avoid both of these places at all costs.
