Ripoff, damage, over charge

I brought my car in to bears auto to fix the front axles (cv shaft) and they ended up breaking my rotor.first they tried to blame me for it, saying it was my fault because i hadn't done proper maintenance on it, then because i wanted them to put my car back together so i can bring it to another shop. he quickly put one axle in and charged me for 2hrs labour, when all it takes is 1hr book time to install one side. he was rude and told me to shut up numerous of times over the phone.

i had no choice but to pay the guy so they would release my car, so i was stuck with the tow bill, and having to spend more money fixing what he broke.
