CrapMaster 3 Stage Ripoff

I took my Truck in for a 3 stage wax and polish. Very simply, they did not touch the roof. When I brought this to there attention, I was told they do not do the roof, s of truck, s cause you see them when you are standing there.
Also after I got my truck home I noticed the passenger side was not finished.
the last 4 inches of the truck side was not polished and a line of white residue was left on it.
It just so happens I found a guy that used to work there and I asked him if he had ever polished a roof of a truck, he told me, lots of times...
So, ( This is very simply a screw over) and (A complete Ripoff.. )
