My recent purchasing experience at Brock Ford in Niagara Falls was a complete nightmare. Two different sales associates completely mislead me into thinking I was going to get incentives that they knew I did not qualify for. One of the associates Bill Utting told me I could just use that incentive money as a down payment and I would get it back in a couple weeks knowing full well that I wouldnt. When I expressed my concerns to the manager John Dill I was met with a cocky arrogant attitude and basically told that I was out of luck and that I was just going to have to take the hit. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
