Dishonest sales people ripoff

We recently were trying to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Chinook Auto Sales, we were very specific as to what we were looking for.

We were mislead by the sales people and were told the vehicle we were interested in was from Alberta, which we found out a few days later after getting the vehicle information that is was from the East coast and had been sold many times previously.

We were also assured that if we the customer we not 100% satisfied with the vehicle on the pick up date we would get our deposit back no questions asked.

We also expressed concerns regarding a few things on the vehicle, they again ensured us they would fix these items before we would purchase the vehicle.

When the date came, we were not 100 % satisfied with the vehicle conditions as they did not fix anything on the vehicle.

Chinook Auto Sales will not speak to us regarding getting our deposit back of $500.00. They have told us to take them to court. They have also expressed to us in a conversation we had with them regarding this matter and have told us they are willing to give us a better deal on the vehicle if we decide to proceed.

We are very unsatisfied with our experience and want to make others aware of the dishonest sales people.
We would appreciate any help or advice regarding this matter.
