This company will tell you almost anything to get you on board. The will tell you that they having some growing pains but will quickly over come this and just to start is the reason they have to start you at a low rate. They will paint a very promising picture for you then totally fuck you over once you join. Although they they dont do it to fast or to long so they can come up with other excuses and more promises to keep you from quitting. If they suspect that you are going to quit then they will come up with a bunch of work for you and send you out of town making it difficult to communicate with anyone. Once you have been here for a while the company tests you and sees just how much they can fuck you over. They usually wait until after a shut down, promise you more money, and wait till you commit to your job and have the mortgage or vehicle payments or at least some financial obligation. Then their true colors come out. After x amount of years you might get a dollar raise in three to five years unless your a newfie and work in fort newfoundland. Then their will be some favoritism towards you. There competition Everyready pays on a average of seven to twelve dollars more depending on your postion but they to are scamers and just a bunch of assholes. These are just low life companies avoid them all together their, as there is no career with any of these assholes.
