PWE 2 Years later and still a bunch of excuses

For 2 years now I have been trying to get my record erased. Thios company has dragged their feet to the point where they had nothing done 1 and 1/2 years later, told me the government regulation regarding pardons had changed and the price went up. I had to pay them again so they could start over.

I can get a police check done in 24 hours here. Yet it has taken them half a year to get a local check.
This is BS and very frustrating.
