Pita Pit
Very poor customer service

I was the pita Pit in on Saturday March 15th I ordered 3 pitas and then paid with my debit card the total was 21.10 the transaction read- could not complete, I then re-entered information to the debit and took my order. I checked my bank account on Monday and I had been charged twice I then took the reference number to our local Pita pit on North front street, I explained the story to the manager who then said the owner would contact me, no call. I went back on Wednesday and was then told again that the owner would contact me, I received a call at 10:30 pm Wednesday night from the Employee, she explained she had passed the information to the owner (who happens to be the employees daughter) the mother said I have told her and she will get back to you when she can but that her daughter works a full time job in the day as well owns the Pita Pit.. It is now Sunday March 23rd, I understand that debit machines are not perfect and that people are busy, but it would have been really nice to at least receive a call from the owner at least saying that she is working on my issue, this is very poor customer service, and I will continue to let people know this until I receive a call.
