Personally i have been repeadly disappointed in the tim hortons LAKE COWICHAN. At first i thought well i guess they are new at everything from making quailty food to general training but 2 months later and more disappointed than when they first opened. In fact the poorest tim hortons i have ever had the disappointment of wasting my money at. the second time i have literally thrown my money in the garbage. Half the time they don't have basic menu items in stock the other half of time are incompetent/ lack of interest from staff. Today, (at least 2 months after the "grand opening at the lake cowichan store") and service/ quaility is worse than when they opened. I will never spend another dime at least at the lake cowichan tim hortons. Disgracful compared quailty to the typical standard tim hortons across canada. t--Poor staff choices/lack of integrity

Lame version of what big citties get rich off of... quaility fast food "IN STOCK at LEAST 90% of the time" would be expected and good customer service.
Never wasting another dime at lake cowichan tim hortons, you should be ashamed to bare the name.
This store is lacking in all the above... too bad service was not even close to the rest of the tims ive loved to eat at. :(
