Accomadations On Lake Cowichan Riverfront
Bedbugs!!! and a flat out refusal to refund our money!!!

We stayed at this roach motel and found it infested with bed bugs. we were refused a refund after we stayed for only 4 hours. The owner, Cathy Youlden, yelled at my wife, who is seven months pregenant and had her in tears. she is a very mean spirited woman.

I do believe that they have changed the name of the hotel to the Boutique Waterfront Lodge. this was probably done to avoid all the negative comments flying around regarding this place. We are not going to sit still and will be taking this woman to court. stay away!!!
