Unauthorized payment

I have a pre -paid Visa with Money mart n I was told by Shelly The CRS, that the above mentioned company had charged $23.oo to my visa card. I don't know this company.never dealt with them and I 'll like to know how they got my card information and what service I 've been charged for.
