By phone i was promised visa $2000 limit for $199 to be delivered by special courier on 9/16/02 with electronic draft of $199 to be made 9/17/02.

When no card came, I put a stop on the draft costing $29.
Calls to us guardian were not answered.
They owe me $29.
SCAM!
Somebody stop these crooks and their employees.
