Fraudulent Credit Card Promotion ripoff artists fraud

First Guardian Benefits Bank Telemarketing con artists called me and offered me both a Visa and Mastercard EACH with $2, 500 credit limit. No annual fee except for a one time only upfront fee of $199.00 via a over-the-phone draft from your checking account.

They said "we will send you your new credit cards 10 days after the check clears your bank". A month passed and nothing arrived from them in the mail. So I called the phone number they gave me for any questions 416-921-7440 and that number had been changed to 416-488-0219 and that number was out of service.

I searched on the Net for First Guardian and found that there is no such bank in existence. But they sure were quick to steal the money from my account.
My bank is helping me look into this fraud.
