I am very unhappy with this whole process and how someone from this specific company can work under these fraudulent ethics. I tried several times to contact their service reprsentatives with no luck or consideration. I left several messages for assistance and I was given bits and pieces of things to do to receive my refund when I finally did reach someone. I did everything I was told and still four months later they have not complied to the promise of refunding my money in 10 to 14 days. This has certainly angered me.
