I wrote to you a few days ago regarding a refund from First Capital Consumers and I know it takes awhile, and I wanted to express my appreciation for the effort. My money was taken from my husband's (Richard Emerson) and my account (joint account). They addressed the package to him because he is the primary on our account. I also wanted to let everyone know that they do have an 800 number. Contact them at 800-787-1583. You will get the answering machine again, but at least you won't be spending money for it.
