FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS, promised me a visa/mastercard and computer with a credit line of $2500 on each card. Marcy, gave me a pin number and contact number you can't get nobody but this answering machine stating to leave a brief message you will incur long distance charges. my account was debited in April 02 for the amount of $219.00.

Later on someone was trying to get $199.00 from out of my account i recieved a notice from bank charging me an overdraft fee, the bank told me it was done by a telphonic by voice I did not authorize no other transactions. This let me no that something was't right, about first capital consumers.
