Scam ripoff con-artists took us for all we had tricked and lied to a US military troop Toronto

I was called three weeks ago from someone who said they were from First Capitol Consumer's group, and that I was apporved for two credit cards. One for $2, 000 and the other for $2, 500. I asked the person wether these were cards that I could use anywhere a he said yes. He also told me that many previous customers were very happy with their cards and the LOW interest rate they were enjoying. I asked him what was the catch. He said the only catch was to pay $199 for a one-time processing fee. I agreed, he repeated ALL of my personal info such mailing address etc. and told me that someone from the processing department would call back within thirty minutes to confirm my approval. He then gave me his name a bogus "direct number" to him and the FAMOUS fake (416) 488-4664. I tried to even call the numbers that came up on my caller ID only to get a busy signel (probally when they are scamming another victim) and just a ring on the other. I am very upset about this, I only agreed to accept the card because I am a single parent in the military that does not make a lot but, wanted to take my daughter on a cruise for the summer. I already told her we were going. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!! now I have to go her and tell a little girl she isn't going anywhere for the summer.
