Ripoff policy cancelation without letting me know Missisaugatoronto

Hi there
this in surance company is having a bad conduct of its busines, they have lack of comunication, they hide the fact that they are a high risc facility and drivers ruin theyr credentials just buyng in good faith theyr policies.

they report me with cancelation of my policy even I provide them with a letter from my bank sayng that is not my fault because they did not received payment and theyr reasons for not to. after that they gave me another policy wich in fact was never mailed to me but the cancelation stayed in my record. two months ago my account was short with a few dollars that I did not know because my bank pulled theyr fees and my payment did not went thru.

I called them to make arangements for the next day to do theyr withdrawal. they never call me back even I left a detailed message on the voice mail after that I thought everything was ok. and they send me a letter saying that my policy was cancelled for nonpayment and and my coverage expired two weeks before I got that letter. and that I still owe them another 491 dollars even thou I paid them that amount when they canceled me first time plus another first and last a total of 1611.00$
