I have never seen or felt so sorry for a store like i do for this one

what happened was i had a question about my statement so i called the store and they told me i would have to come and see the accounts receivable department so that is what i did well boy was that a suprise the lady i had to deal with has major issues and is mental in which she feels she has a inflated sense of her own importance and a deep need for admiration she actually believes she is superior to others and has little regard for other people's feelings. i call her a troll aka barbara schering i feel very bad for the staff i tell ya i have never ever delts with such a rude individual in all my sixty years of living...
