Charging my credit card repeatedly

Dear Sirs

Good day :

I am Sherwan R.Abdullah

I am writing to you today to file a complaint against the website: www.qiran.com

I was registered in this website for a short time before 2 years & I have ended my membership since that time.

Unfortunately, this website is still continuing to charge my credit card account till now although I have ended my membership before 2 years.

They even did not notify me about charging my account but I have discovered that accidentaly when I have received the credit card statement from my bank.

I have contacted those people repeatedly but unfortunately they are not responding to my messages.

Kindly for your advice & any action you can take against the people responsible for this site
