Informacials are frauds they tell you, you get a good deal on the product you want, like in our case we fell for the barkoff, like most of you I have order the barkoff I ordered one plus get one free, got 4, boosted up to the deluxe for the adapter. I didn't recieve the adapter. Also it says people can't hear the sound but we can hear a constant piercing sound, and because of that my dogs don't acknowledge the sound they are suppose to hear, I want to send my product back, but on or in the delivery package there is no mailing address for returns, so much for them saying there is a 30 day money back garante, how can they garantee something when they don't give you information on how to return the product for thier so called garantee, they don't seem to have a problem charging people on thier credit cards but they seem to have a problem making it very difficult for us to get our money back on their so called 30 day garantee. ALL I WANT IS MY $143.00 BACK.
