Problem with lids simply popping off at will, no rhyme nor reason, on the vent 'n serve product purchased recently. To make a long frustrating story short, when I advised the Sales Consultant of the quality issue (within 30 days as per their website), she was all nice at first, telling me she didn’t know anything about what it said on the website, and that I was only eligible for a refund if I had reported a problem within 10 days. The fact that delivery of the product didn’t happen until 10 days were well past didn’t seem to be a factor. She told me I could get replacement lids, replacement product or a product credit.By this time, my faith in this product line was nil so I agreed to a product credit and proposed some items that I could use that would come to approx. the same price. The next thing that happens is she gets her Director to call to tell me that she "does not expect to hear from me again”. They were not going to help me and to call the 1 800 #. I never thought I would be disappointed in a Tupperware product; however, I certainly didn't expect to be so rudely dismissed by the Sales Consultant. It seems she was all about the sales commission, and trips to Hawaii and obtaining enough sales orders to win a Mustang from Tupperware.
