Harrassment to pay for satellite tv box we never had

We have been harrassed for over a year. First by Bell Canada and then by Allied International Credit on Bell's behalf. They want $269.37 for a satellite box. When we moved from our previous address in November 2008, we returned our two boxes, as we could not use Bell Satellite at our new address. They decided we had three boxes. We have never had three boxes. We only have two TV's. We only have two people living here (me and my husband).

No matter how often we explain, it falls on deaf ears. The credit agency calls daily at ridiculous hours like 7:30 am.

How can we get these companies to leave us alone and accept the fact that we returned the only equipment we ever had?
