Premier Cancun Vacations - Cancun Calling
Doubtful information & positioning/marketing

Traveling & Tourism

Similar complaint than Jeff.

The company called my home phone to inform me that I had been selected and won 100, 000 Aeroplan* points for a vacation, to accept dial "1" and transfert to receptionist who ask me to confirm that I was over the age of 18 and had a valid credit card to check in to a resort (this is where I started to get suspicious!). I was transferred to "Brigit" who wanted to detail me a "special offer" but stop her, declined it and hang up.

Even if I shortened the communication, this was still a waste of my time (on the phone for 15 mins, lots of "On Hold"). As indicated by Jeff, you cannot email them any questions or complaint (parts of website are disabled). States in their Privacy policy that you can put your questions and concerns in writing and email them on the website but where???
