Scam/Fraud/unsolicited phone call

Had a voice mail from "Brian Eagan" claiming I was the 29th winner out of 50 draws, of a sweepstakes prize that I would not be disappointed in. He made it sound very important to call him urgently in order to claim my winnings. After doing 10 minutes of reasearch online I am confident this is a scam. NEVER give your credit card info over the phone, to someone who calls you out of the blue!
