Ooking incorrect room

This is the worse travelagency I ver used. Stay away from them! They guaranteed us room with 2 double beds at time of booking and when we got there we got only 1 bed in a room for 2 women and a child. When we called them they told us to enjoy vacation. We filed official complain with them when we came back and they defended themselfs that they never guaranteed the 2 double beds in a room. 2 women in 1 bed and a child does not seem Canadian Standard... We will never use them again.
