Cassandra Travel Consultant Made Promises She Couldn't Keep!!!

I booked a flight with Titan Tours to go to Jamaica but had to cancel due to a important family matter. I dealth with a woman named Cassandra who I've dealth with on two previous occasions. Cassandra had promised me she would get me my refund even going as far to let me come back in and have me sign a credit card slip in order to assist with an easy refund. She was good at first, communicating with me on what she would do to assist, I only found out weeks later that my credit card was never refunded. I lost $250 and the company made no attempt to rectify this matter for me considering Cassandra had made her promises to help me.

Cassandra eventually began ignoring my calls, not getting back to me and made it look as if me and her never had this discussion. Cassandra ended up being deceitful adn a lying theif. I will no longer do business with Titan Tours, i've purchased over 8 tickets from them even sending family over and I refuse to give them my business ever again.

Don't make promises you can't keep.
