Irish Foundation Lotto Lotto Scam, Irish Foundation Lotto, drawn on a legitimate account in CA

I received a letter in the mail stating that I won a lottery with a check enclosed in the amount of $3654.77. I called the number and spoke to Cassandra who told me to deposit into my bank account and call her when the check clears. I knew it was a scam because I had never entered a lottery. She said my name was chosen out of a pool of names of people who had ever taken a survey, played online games, or filled in my address on "certain websites." I realized immediately it was a scam, but didn't know what to do. Here is part of the letter:

Date: Dec 10, 2007

You are hereby informed that after the just concluded IRISH FOUNDATION LOTTO (in blue) held in Dublin, Ireland (blue), you emerged as one of the winners in the third category... You have been approved for the lump sum of $175, 000 USD (ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS ONLY)...

A sponsor's check of $3658.77 is enclosed to assist you finance your international clearance fees of $3450.00...

To commence your claim, contact your agent, KENNY JOHNSON (blue), of EMEREALD FINANCIAL GROUP (blue) at 15 Liberty Ave., Ste 305, London, ON (blue) an accredited agency to IRISH FOUNDATION LOTTO (blue) at 1-519-991-2414 (blue)...

It looked like this was a template that was filled in with all of their (Irish Foundation Lotto) information and sent randomly to me.
