This information comes second hand from someone too scared to post it.

The company uses a manager - at least they did in 2008 - who advocates different rates for different passengers, and the company had a driver who drank and drove with no punishment other than a date with the same manager. AN insider with the company gave a copy of passenger data and there were multiple spellings on different names for nonexistent passengers, which could indicate tax fraud.

They push their drivers to the maximum without concern for safety. A new company owner may make changes but as of Summer 2008, ask about the vehicle safety manager and whether he is still in employ. If he is, avoid this company. If he has been fired, the company may survive.
