Ripoff and unsafe

I booked the cottage over the phone. On arrival had to pay for the entire stay in advance. Cottages are in desrepair - sinks leaks, wiring dangerous, windows do not open, beds awfull. The beach is a dirty swamp. The restaurant does not operate. No housekeeping or cleaning service. Only few rooms occupied - must have problems for a while. All night brawl with people screaming, fighting and shouting forced everyone to leave the next morning - we were afraid to come out to call the police (no telephones in the room plus kids).

I asked for refund - the owner did not even want to discuss. BTW it is not cheap - the rates are on the Web Site.
